
Kenya Music Festival Staff & Students Choir’s and Drama Club Dinner
It was an evening of pomp, colour and celebration as the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Daniel Mugendi, accompanied by members of University Management, hosted a dinner in honour of staff and students who represented the University of Embu (UoEm) at Kibabii University during the 98th Edition of the Kenya National Music Festivals.
The University participated in various disciplines, showcasing exceptional talent and creativity and earning numerous accolades at the national festival. Several participants were recognised for their outstanding performances and awarded trophies and certificates in recognition of their achievements.
In his remarks, the Vice-Chancellor commended the staff and students for their dedication, teamwork and exemplary representation of the University. He applauded them for raising the University flag high and making a significant mark at the national festival.
The dinner provided an opportunity for the University community to celebrate the participants’ achievements and recognise their contribution towards enhancing the University of Embu’s visibility and reputation through talent, creativity and excellence.
