Joint CDETT Committee Meeting and Fundraising Strategy component by the Africa SDGs Team

The Career Development and Employability Transformation Taskforce (CDETT), led by the Director of Career Services, Dr. Marilyn Rono, on Thursday, 24th September 2026, hosted a delegation from Africa SDGs, led by its Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Joe Bonga. The engagement brought together the two teams for a joint CDETT Committee Meeting and discussions on fundraising strategies to support the implementation of the partnership.

The meeting sought to establish and operationalise the programme arising from the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between the University of Embu and Africa SDGs late last year, with a focus on advancing career development, employability, and opportunities for students.
