WorldQuant Research Limited Consultative Meeting

A delegation of four officials from WorldQuant Research Limited and three representatives from the Statistical Society of Kenya paid a courtesy visit to the University of Embu on Thursday, 2nd April 2026, for a consultative meeting.

The team was received by the Acting Deputy Vice-Chancellor for Academics, Research and Extension, Prof. Paul Nthakanio, who briefed them on the University’s key milestones and achievements.

Later in the afternoon, the delegation engaged with faculty members and students from the Department of Mathematics and the Department of Computing and Information Technology during a session held at Lecture Theatre 04.
