UoN- Institute of Confucius Visit

The Director of the Confucius Institute at the University of Nairobi, Prof. Wang Shangxue, visited the University of Embu (UoEm) on Tuesday, March 18, 2025. She was received by Dr. Lilian Omoke, Chair of the Department of Humanities. She then paid a courtesy visit to the Vice-Chancellor’s Office, where she was hosted by Prof. Eucharia Kenya, Deputy Vice-Chancellor for Planning, Administration, and Finance (DVC-PAF). The visit culminated in a consultative meeting with members of the Faculty to discuss the establishment of a Confucius Institute at UoEm.
