UoEm, KCIC & GAPL MoU

The University of Embu VC, Prof. Daniel Mugendi, The Director of GAPL Kenya and Green Building Consultant, Arch Mugure Njendu and the CEO of the Kenya Climate Education Centre, Dr. Edward Mungai signed a tripartite Memorandum of Understanding committing to partner towards a greener future through the development of a certified Zero Carbon building on Monday 5^th July 2021.  THE GREEN INNOVATION CENTRE will house and incubate entrepreneurs and businesses who are addressing the challenges around climate change, sustainable agriculture and food security initiatives. The agreement will also facilitate research, training, capacity development, sharing of facilities, joint organization of knowledge sharing and community service around green businesses and climate change.
