UoEm, AFF, Akon Lighting & Maser Photos MoU

Photos taken during the MoU signing ceremony between UoEm & African Finance Federation, Akon Lighting And Maser held on Tuesday 11th July, 2023 in the Senate Boardroom. The Team was led by a member of the Board of Trustees of the University of Embu Endowment Fund , Dr. Evelyne Njoka and paid a courtesy call to the Vice-Chancellor in his office.
The MoU will create a good collaboration between the University and the African Finance Federation, Akon Lighting in developing young people to become entrepreneurs. Akon Lighting which was established in 2014 by Senegalese/US based Singer Akon seeks to empower women in coming up with Solar working programmes.
The MoU will also offer internship opportunities for students in the ICT programs in the TV Assembling Plants.
