University of Embu hosts a delegation from National Bank of Kenya

The University of Embu hosted a delegation from National Bank of Kenya (NBK), on Monday, 14^th November, 2022 at the Senate Boardroom. The delegation was led by National Bank of Kenya, Head of Institutional Banking, Ms. Sylivia Mwai. She was accompanied by NBK Embu Branch Manager, Mr. Robert Kariuki; Relations Manager, Reuben Ng’ang’a and other officials from the Bank.

The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Daniel Mugendi and Management received the guests and held discussion on possible areas of mutual interest and collaboration and also discussed sponsorship and banking facilities offered by National Bank of Kenya which the staff and students can benefit from.

Ms. Mwai said that the Bank will partner with the University in several areas such as research, SME training and empowerment, student’s internship and staff development.
