UESA Student Leaders Induction Workshop

The University held a three-day induction training workshop for the newly elected 2022/2023 UESA Student Leaders. The induction workshop which began on Tuesday, 5^th July ends on Friday 8^th July, 2022.
The induction is aimed at preparing the new leaders for effective communication, efficient teamwork, leadership, stress management, academics & life balance as well as coping with different leadership challenges during their term in office.
Speaking to the new leaders, the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Daniel Mugendi congratulated the winners and welcomed them officially to the realms of students’ leadership. He urged the incoming students’ leaders to work hand-in-hand with the outgoing team to serve the interest of the students. The VC urged the newly elected leaders not to neglect their academic work while undertaking their leadership roles.
