In pursuit of true and honest leadership, and through an increasingly transparent, democratic, and objective online system, the University of Embu held its 2020/2021 Student Elections on Tuesday, 11^th August 2020, and swearing thereafter on Wednesday, 12^th August 2020.

In his speech the VC, Prof. Daniel Mugendi urged the newly elected student leaders to motivate others to do their best. “As you take up your new assignments remember that even in the midst of all the efforts that you will put to represent and articulate the issues affecting the students, your core business in the University is to seek knowledge, academic excellence, professional growth, and personal development”, he said.
