Research Seminar

The University of Embu held a blended Research Seminar on Thursday 5th February, 2026. The Seminar was facilitated by a visiting Professor, Prof. Michelle Fellipe Fontefarncesco, an associate professor, Catholic University of Sacred Heart Milan, Italy who delivered a keynote address on: Why Traditional Vegetables are the Future of Sustainable Farming. Prof. Michelle is a Cultural Anthropologist with expertise in food and economic anthropology. He has a broad experience in social anthropology especially in cultural heritage, local development and applied anthropology.
