Public Lecture by Hon. Justice (Prof.) Joel Ngugi

The University will be hosting a Public Lecture by Hon. Justice (Prof.) Joel M. Ngugi LL.M, SJD, MBS on 𝐓𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝟐𝟔𝐭𝐡 𝐅𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, starting from 𝟐.𝟎𝟎 𝐩.𝐦. at the Executive Boardroom. Hon. Justice (Prof.) Joel Ngugi is an eminent Judge, Court of Appeal, Nairobi and Chair, National Steering Committee for the Implementation of the Alternative Justice Systems (AJS) Policy (NaSCI-AJS). The topic for the Lecture will be “𝐀𝐥𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐉𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬 (𝐀𝐉𝐒) 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐉𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐊𝐞𝐧𝐲𝐚’𝐬 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.” The lecture will bring together leading stakeholders in the justice sector, including members of the Judiciary, legal practitioners, administrators, community and religious leaders, scholars, and students.
