UoEm partners with KBC to Launch a New Kiembu Station

Photos taken during the launch of the new kiembu station, Ngemi FM held at the University of Embu Administration grounds on Saturday 13th May, 2023. The launch was preceded by a two-day road show along Embu major towns.The event was graced by the Embu County Deputy Governor, H.E Hon. Kinyua Mugo, the Acting Managing Director, Kenya Broadcasting Corporation, Mr. Samuel Maina, UoEm Vice-Chancellor Prof. Daniel Mugendi,Embu County Woman Representative, Hon. Pamela Njoki (Double N), Embu West Deputy County Commissioner, Ms. Mercy Gatobu among other distinguished guests.
The New Kiembu Radio Station will be airing its programs through frequencies 103.5 F.M. “Mucii wa Urata”. The University of Embu had partnered with KBC, the National Broadcaster in the run-up to the Launch.
