Embu G.K Prison Visit

The University of Embu visited the Embu GK Main Prison on Wednesday, 18th December, 2024. The purpose of the visit was to fellowship with the prison community, express appreciation for the good work the inmates and wardens have been doing for the University throughout the year and share the joy of Christmas. The visit is part of the University’s Corporate Social Responsibility initiative.

The team comprised of members of the University Management, staff and students led by DVC ARE, Prof. Kiplagat Kotut. Among the items donated to both the male and female prisons were; food items, sanitary towels, stationeries, baby and adult clothes and shoes.
