Dr. Francis O.Owino Courtesy Call

Permanent Secretary, Public Service and Youth Dr. Francis O.Owino,PhD accompanied by Embu County officials when they paid a courtesy call to the University. The visit was in preparation for the Launch of the National Youth Week to be held at the University of Embu on 6th August 2019.
