Mean grade C+ at KCSE and a Minimum of C(Plain) in English; OR,
Mean Grade C(Plain) at KCSE plus a Diploma in Library & Information Science or its equivalent with a credit from an institution recognized by the senate; OR,
KACE or equivalent with at least two principal passes in any two subjects plus a credit pass in English at KCE
